Website offers up to $1,000,000 opportunity for members to select and fund innovative and visionary ideas for change and community empowerment across America.

This is a unique opportunity for all Americans to unite for something positive and fund each others’ dreams

Project 1Nation Inc., a Washington, D.C.-based non-profit corporation for social justice, announced the launch of http://www.project1nation.org, where members may register and enroll for the 1st annual Community Empowerment Project (CEP). Unique of its kind, the CEP allows each registered Project 1Nation member to submit their ideas, goals and dreams to be eligible for award financing of up to $1,000,000 in order to see their vision become a reality.

Through “An Online Community Dedicated to Change,” Project 1Nation Inc. embarks on a nationwide movement to place real people and real voices behind the dreams of our current and next generation. The site is designed for dialogue, network opportunity and encouragement, especially for young people, whose dreams often go unfulfilled due to lack of resources.

“This is a unique opportunity for all Americans to unite for something positive and fund each others’ dreams,” said Shalonda Scott, President of Project 1Nation Inc. “Our goal at Project 1Nation,” she added, “is to encourage individuals to pursue their life’s purpose and have an online community that believes in them and will support their passion. We aim to build confidence in the power of one, one idea, one person who can make a difference, and move everyone closer to embrace why we are here and what we can do for others.”

The CEP is designed to encourage people across the country, regardless of background, to fully pursue their dreams. Once registered, any member may submit their idea through the “Dream Center,” depicting how the project will demonstrate a positive impact and change in the community. Ideas are only limited to the creativity of the member.

Acceptable CEP submissions include, but are not limited to, new or existing businesses, non-profits, community service projects, or education initiatives. CEP finalists will be chosen through a selection process of registered Project 1Nation members. Registration is open to all U.S. citizens 13 years of age and older with an annual online fee of $5. Available CEP funds are based on membership, where the $5 minimum donation will be used toward the CEP awardee(s), and operational costs to implement the CEP. This membership model allows Project 1Nation to directly give back to the community membership and have the people’s voice and vote drive the change. Additional information regarding the CEP may be found at http://www.project1nation.org upon successful membership registration. Membership is now open; join the movement today!
