In addition, it would like to take this opportunity to announce its upcoming three-day intensive cheese education program that will take place from Sept. 9 to Sept. 11.
“This course is for working and aspiring cheese professionals and others in the food service industry, including cheesemongers, chefs, servers, front-of-the-house staff, caterers, wine and specialty food retailers, and anyone else with a serious interest in deepening their understanding of cheese,” Kiri Fisher of The Cheese School of San Francisco said.
New lead instructor Juliana Uruburu of The Pasta Shop is leading the popular class, which is already sold out. The Cheese School of San Francisco offers this course twice per year, once in the spring and once in the fall. A waiting list is available.
At the end of August, The Cheese School of San Francisco is launching its holiday schedule, featuring chocolate and cheese tastings, lots of bubbly and the best cheeses of 2012. Stay tuned for more information about upcoming courses.
