We talk to brewers all over the country and we found the number one question they’re asked by their customers is ‘where can we buy your products?’
Houston, TX (PRWEB) August 23, 2012
SaveOnBrew.Com, the worlds only beer price search engine, announces a ‘Beer Maps powered by SaveOnBrew.Com,’ a service designed to easily connect beer fans with their favorite brewers and distributors.
“We talk to brewers all over the country and we found the number one question they’re asked by their customers is ‘where can we buy your products?’” said Mark Davidson, Director of Product Development.
“You’d be surprised by the number of brewers and distributors that simply can not tell their customers where their beer is available. We took that idea and ran with it,” said Davidson.
First, SaveOnBrew works with brewers to aggregate the data. “All they have to do is ask their distribution network to provide the retail locations,” said Davidson. Then SaveOnBrew geo-codes the data and sets up web page branded like the brewers own web site.
When it’s all set up, SaveOnBrew provides a link for the brewer to put on their web site that sends customers to the beer map. When the customer arrives at the map, they enter a zip code or address, and all of the brewers’ retail locations are displayed on a map.
“We’re constantly looking for ways to provide value-add services to brewers,” said James Smith, Senior VP of Marketing and Sales. “Most brewers, especially the micro- and craft brewers, don’t have the time, the money, or the expertise to pull this off. Beer Maps powered by SaveOnBrew can be up and running in just a few days. This means brewers can concentrate on doing what they do best, making great beer, and SaveOnBrew can do what they do best, showing consumers where to get that beer.”
