Accolo, Inc. has been awarded Inc. Magazine's 5000 fastest growing companies for 2012. This is the fourth year that Accolo has had the honor of being included in this prestigious list of companies which has included famous brands such as Levi Strauss, Facebook, Jamba Juice, Microsoft, Under Armor and many other companies that have become household names. The list represents the most comprehensive look at the most important segment of the economy—America's independent entrepreneurs.

"It's a real pleasure to be recognized once again in Inc.'s 5000 fastest growing companies," said John Younger, President and CEO of Accolo. "While the expansion of our company in itself is rewarding, there's nothing like a little notice for all of the hard work that we've been putting in here at Accolo". We're having an exciting year with LinkedIn cofounder Konstantin Guericke joining our board and the launch of the industry's first Cloud Recruiting solution in addition to the growth of our RPO business. We anticipate more success in the years to come and hope to be included among Inc.'s fastest growing businesses again as a 5th time honoree, which would earn us a place on Inc. Magazine's 'Honor Roll'."

Despite the current challenges of the global business environment, private U.S. based companies like Accolo continue to expand and think toward a better future. "To rank among the 2012 Inc. 5000, [Accolo] had to thrive through three of the toughest years this economy has seen in living memory. Your success in such times is eloquent testimony to your team's creativity, resilience and tenacity," stated Eric Schurenberg, Editor in Chief at Inc. Magazine. "You should be proud of all Accolo has achieved to date. I wish you many more years of success. "

Since its debut in 1982, the main criterion of inclusion in the Inc. 500/5000 is measurement of percent revenue growth over a four year period. In order to qualify, companies must have been generating revenue at a baseline of $200,000 at the beginning of the first calendar year and $2M by the end of the fourth calendar year. Additionally, prospective businesses must also be independent (not a subsidiary or division of another company), based in the United States and privately held.
