Pittsburgh-based InventHelp® attempts to submit clients’ inventions to companies for review.

InventHelp®, America’s largest invention submission company, announces that one of its clients, an inventor from Texas, has designed a headband that would feature built-in sunglass lenses. This invention is patented.

The “Futuristic” headband could offer multipurpose use for men and women. The accessory would protect an individual’s eyes from ultraviolet rays and sun damage, functioning as standard sunglass protection. Plus, the unique design allows a wearer to utilize the accessory as a headband to push hair off the face.

Futuristic would consist of a redesigned headband constructed from plastic. The accessory would feature a curved shape similar to that of a conventional plastic headband. Two oval-shaped sunglass lenses would be inserted at the top of the headband. The design would include rounded notches on each side that would fit snugly around the wearer’s ears. The accessory could be produced in styles for men, women and children in a variety of designs. Variations would include rhinestone décor and names printed on the band. Futuristic could also be available in a prescription version.

InventHelp® is attempting to submit the invention to companies for review. If substantial interest is expressed, the company will attempt to negotiate for a sale or royalties for the inventor. For more information, telephone Dept. 09-AUC-124 at (800) 851-6030.
