Wantable.co is a totally new, personalized makeup experience with on-trend, curated makeup packs personalized for each customer.

Wantable.co is a curated commerce company with the goal personalizing each customer’s shopping experience based their unique style and personality. Customers start by answering a short series of questions before seeing the product. Once a customer completes their profile, they are matched to one of several style types, and then are offered three personalized, seasonal beauty packs containing an assortment of full-sized products. Each pack sells for $40, but has a retail value of around $120.

The company has added a unique twist to the launch by initially offering only a mobile version of the site. “We feel the mobile web is the future. It gives us an opportunity to develop a lasting relationship with customers by always being in their pocket,” said Wantable.co president Jalem M. Getz. “We chose to focus on the mobile site first, which will give us a unique advantage over existing brands that must compromise to adapt their desktop site to the mobile web.”

Prior to Wantable.co, Mr. Getz founded BUYSEASONS, Inc. in 1999, and served as President and CEO until December 2010. BUYSEASONS is the largest retailer and supplier of costumes and party supplies on the Internet. Prior to starting BUYSEASONS, Getz co-founded specialty retail company GMI in 1995. GMI quickly became one of Wisconsin’s fastest growing companies, and the largest seasonal retailer in Milwaukee.
