inMotionNow announces new customer-desired features added to Job Launch. Job Launch is the online tool that enables marketing and creative departments to submit requests for new content creation. The new Job Launch additions provide a Job Request Workspace now available as part of the company’s flagship Creative Workflow Management Solution, inMotion. The new addition further streamlines and automates the creative production process so businesses can get their content to market and capture revenue faster.
With the addition of the Job Request Workspace, creative departments can automatically keep everyone up-to-date on the status of requests for new content (often referred to as creative briefs or work orders). Now clients and colleagues who submit job requests can see the status of all their pending requests and access different versions of their revised job requests in their personal Job Request Workspace.
Other new Job Launch features allow multiple team members to participate on job request submission. Job request forms can be assigned and automatically routed to multiple Job Launch Managers, allowing requests to be acted on and kicked-off more quickly.
