Recruiters in Top Echelon Network are currently making 25% to 30% more placements than they were a year ago at this time.

Despite high unemployment overall in the U.S., companies are still seeking to hire the best people they can find, especially for job openings for which there are few viable candidates.
Recent statistics from Top Echelon Network, an elite network of highly specialized search firms, continue to prove that companies are willing to hire. The Network recently lauded Trey Cameron of the Cameron Craig Group for winning the “Recruiter of the Month Award” for the month of July 2012.
Cameron made four split placements in July. That’s an average of roughly one placement (or one hire) per week.
Top Echelon Network is a split placement network. In a split placement situation, one recruiter has the job order and another recruiter has the candidate. The two recruiters then split the placement fee once the company hires the candidate (since the company is the client of the job order recruiter).
“Trey is on track to once again be the top-producing recruiter in the Network,” said Top Echelon Network Membership Development Coordinator Drea Codispoti. “He won that award for all of 2011, and he continues to earn accolades for his production within Top Echelon. At his current pace, he will soon join the ranks of recruiters who have cashed in over one million dollars as a Preferred Member.”
However, July wasn’t just a good month for Cameron in Top Echelon Network. Brenda Wylie-Biggs of KB Search Team, LLC made three split placements, while Stephanie McGinty of Ives & Associates, Inc. made two split placements. (In actuality, a host of Preferred Member recruiters made two split placements during the month of July, but McGinty’s cash-in dollar amount for her two splits was the highest among that group).
“Recruiters in Top Echelon Network are currently making 25% to 30% more split placements than they were a year ago at this time,” said Top Echelon Network President Mark Demaree. “Trey Cameron is definitely leading the way, but there are a number of recruiters who are enjoying good years not only within Top Echelon Network, but on their recruiting desk overall.
“We look forward to carrying this momentum into the fall and winter months and into next year, as well. We’re anticipating even bigger things in 2013.”
