Sujan brings invaluable finance experience with publicly held companies

Sujan joins Model N from leading Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) ERP solutions provider NetSuite, where he served as vice president of finance and general manager of the software vertical.
Previously, Sujan served as CFO of Transmeta Corp., a NASDAQ listed company, and NanoAmp Solutions. He has held several investment banking and operating roles at J.P. Morgan Chase, Lazard, and Schlumberger. Sujan holds an MBA with Beta Gamma Sigma honors from Columbia University, a BS degree in engineering from Delhi Institute of Technology, and is a certified public accountant.
