Dr. Guedj holds a Ph.D. in Financial Economics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology.
He brings notable proficiency in corporate finance and securities as well as in overall knowledge of the securities industry to ARPC. He will support clients across a wide range of finance and economics cases, providing expert consulting in securities class actions, investment management and valuation disputes. He will also provide testimony regarding financial analysis, financial statements, and financial securities. He has direct experience in large class action lawsuits that have involved various financial securities, mutual funds, Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs), and structured products.
Before joining ARPC, Dr. Guedj was a Principal at Securities Litigation and Consulting Group (SLCG). Prior to his move to the private sector, he was a professor at the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin where he taught graduate level finance courses. He also conducted collaborative empirical and theoretical research in corporate finance specializing in the pharmaceutical industry, conglomerate firms, mutual funds, ETFs and social networks.
