Leading Supply Chain Finance Provider Helps Prevent Chronic Disease

PrimeRevenue Inc., the leading platform for global supply chain finance shows its support for the Atlanta community by helping an ever growing population disabled by chronic disease. On August 22, 2012, PrimeRevenue employees will help Open Hand, a local nonprofit organization, portion and pack some of the 5,500 meals it delivers daily.

Open Hand, a nonprofit organization that provides comprehensive nutrition care for a diverse population of men, women, and children with unique nutritional needs, seeks to eliminate disability caused by nutrition-sensitive chronic disease. Their programs and services are designed to help clients meet their personal goals and objectives for good health and empower people to live healthier, more productive lives. For the past three years, PrimeRevenue employees have been supporting Open Hand’s efforts to eliminate disability caused by nutrition-sensitive disease.

PrimeRevenue’s year-long community outreach efforts included the Company’s participation to the Next Steps Youth Entrepreneur Program in April of 2012. By taking part in community gardening activities at Atwood Community Gardens, PrimeRevenue employees helped support one of the most successful business development education programs which targets low income and at risk youth.

“At PrimeRevenue, we believe that by helping improve the quality of life of those around us, our own lives will become enriched,” said Julie Erwin, chief community officer. “We continuously support our local community through partnerships, volunteerism, and corporate giving which allows us to share the unique talents of our employees, and these activities also bring us closer together as a team,” concluded Erwin.
