Celebrating 25 years of growth and success this year, La Prima President Dave Evans says the company will devote the next quarter century to environmental and community responsibility -- in addition to innovative, high quality food and service and extraordinary special events.

“Wind power is just one of several sustainability efforts we’ve embraced,” Evans explained. “In addition to using eco-friendly, recyclable materials, La Prima composts more than 1,000 pounds of food waste each week. We grow organic vegetables and herbs in our garden outside corporate headquarters and we partner with local farmers to provide other sustainable produce and grass-fed meats.”
