@Website Publicity, Inc., a digital agency in Search, Social & Mobile, today announced the addition of a full suite of customer research solutions to its services, including producing traditional and online customer satisfaction reports. The research group is headed up by Lilliane LeBel, Senior Strategy & Research Consultant, with solutions designed to help clients know and serve their customers better. LeBel worked closely with the company’s technical and social media specialists to develop new programs for obtaining customer feedback, including an innovative approach to surveying customers and brand fans through Facebook.

In introducing @Website Publicity’s research line, LeBel said: “Most companies don’t realize how much customers value the opportunity to provide honest feedback. Your brand is important to them and they want to help it do well and even get stronger.” She explained that every research engagement is customized according to a brand’s specific business objectives and may include one or more of the following: In-person Focus Groups, Telephone Focus Groups, Phone Interviews, Online Surveys and Web Usability Labs.

Company CEO Susan O’Neil emphasized her company’s interest in providing customer research options for clients. “We’ve been focused on Search Marketing services and consulting since 1998 and have specialized in bringing actionable data to clients to contribute to their bottom line. This is an exciting additional opportunity to provide critical data to them and we’re particularly excited to harness social media to do so. That is where customers are today, so why not survey them there?”

LeBel’s research credentials were a key driver in the decision to expand service offerings. Previous to joining @Website Publicity, she was the Vice President of Business Intelligence at Direct Media Millard, where she helped multichannel retailers and publishing clients with strategic and marketing plans. She regularly contributes articles and white papers to industry media, speaks at conferences, and is active in industry organizations.
