US Storage Centers (USSC) has recently been awarded the operations management contract for two Arizona self storage facilities; Storage Masters located in Mesa, AZ and Storage Now located in Scottsdale, AZ. With the addition of these two properties US Storage Centers now operates four self storage facilities in Arizona totaling over 225,000 net rentable square feet.

To date, US Storage Centers owns and operates 32 storage facilities under the same trade name and provides operational management services to regional and institutional owners in 10 states, totaling more than 4 Million net rentable square feet. “The storage market has become increasingly competitive over the last 24-36 months and owners are looking at how they can effectively compete against larger operators with larger budgets and resources. As a result, many are turning to US Storage Centers to give them a competitive advantage through our platform that focuses on Revenue Management, Interactive Marketing, and a Professional Sales Staff”, notes VP Marketing Jason Lopez. The company has nearly doubled its portfolio in the last 24 months and is expected to expand exponentially in more key states throughout the year.
