Ifbyphone, the leader in voice-based marketing automation, today announced that its MyLeadResponder application has been named a winner of the Communications Solutions 2011 Product of the Year Awards by TMC. The award acknowledges the most innovative products that facilitate voice, data and video communications. Released in October 2011, Ifbyphone’s MyLeadResponder solves the problem created when a prospect completes a web form, and then waits hours or days to receive a follow up.
