Inc. Magazine today announced that BlueWave Computing has ranked 2,153 on its annual Inc. 500/5000, as one of the country’s fastest growing private companies. This marks the fifth consecutive year that BlueWave Computing has been named as a member of this exclusive group. The Atlanta-based IT company has experienced year-over-year growth since its founding in 1997, propelling it to the top as one of the largest managed service providers in the U.S.

BlueWave Computing CEO and Founder Steve Vicinanza attributed the company’s continued success to its laser focus on its core mission: to provide a better customer experience.
“Our focus on service delivery and customer satisfaction using proven methodologies has enabled us to gain new market share annually while retaining our existing client base. Our true strength as a company, however, is in helping our customers become more efficient through the better use of technology. As they grow their businesses, we are able to grow alongside them.” Dr. Vicinanza said.

The 2012 Inc. 5000 ranks companies according to percentage annual revenue growth compared to previous years. To qualify, companies must be for profit, privately held companies based in the United States. BlueWave Computing reported 40% annual growth from 2010 to 2011.

“It’s quite an honor to receive this recognition five years in a row,” Dr. Vicinanza said. “We could not have done it without a great team of engineers. These college degreed men and women offer the breadth of knowledge and professionalism that drives the customer experience.”

BlueWave customer Josh Roper of Primus Builders agrees. “We are pleased to see BlueWave receive recognition and placement five years in a row in the Inc. 5000,” Mr. Roper said. “We’ve seen a lot of technological growth with BlueWave Computing, and it’s been a real positive for our company. We are taking advantage of the greater degree of knowledge the larger engineering staff brings to the table which incorporates new and more advanced technology that improves our business and provides more individuals to continue to offer the exceptional level of customer service that we are used to receiving from BlueWave. “
