The international law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP represented Winters Bros., a waste removal and recycling company based in Long Island, in a class action alleging attempted monopolization of the commercial waste hauling market. On August 17th, Judge Leonard D. Wexler of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York, (CV 08-1816) granted Greenberg Traurig’s motion for summary judgment.
