“This is completely unprecedented among Cisco’s Canadian partners. On a global basis, less than 15 per cent of Cisco’s partners achieve this sort of recognition through one customer-satisfaction measurement period, let alone seven,” adds MacDonald. “This award, once again, serves to illustrate a very important point — that Long View and Cisco both view customer service as a core value, spurring current and future success.”

Customer Satisfaction Excellence is the highest distinction possible for Cisco partners. Assessments are based on industry surveys, as well as online customer satisfaction polls collected through the Cisco Partner Access Online tool, with Cisco acknowledging certified partners earning the highest customer satisfaction distinction within each geographic region.

As has happened previously, Long View’s achievement will be trumpeted throughout Cisco’s online properties, including the Cisco Partner Locator.

With “gold-star” status on Cisco’s partner locator web page, clients, potential customers Cisco personnel and eco system partners will gain a greater appreciation for Long View’s relentless pursuit of customer-service excellence as part of Cisco’s global assessment process.
