Minneapolis Based Advertising Agency Wins Edina Realty and CoOportunity Health

Preston Kelly now homier and healthier

Preston Kelly advertising agency has added one iconic Minnesota brand and another brand that’s launching just this month. Edina Realty, one of the nation’s largest real estate companies, and start-up CoOportunity Health--serving Nebraska and Iowa--will leverage Preston Kelly’s Iconic Ideas approach for their brands.

Edina Realty and Preston Kelly will develop a brand strategy and Iconic Ideas campaign. Edina Realty wants to support its nearly 2,100 agents and build greater awareness of its leadership position in Minnesota and western Wisconsin. The campaign will launch the spring of 2013; so far this year, the real estate market-has been on fire, with double-digit increases in closed sales in the Twin Cities alone, as well as increased activity in Greater Minnesota and western Wisconsin.

“Each of these new accounts allows us to flex our expertise uniquely,” says Chuck Kelly, Preston Kelly president. “Edina Realty is the market leader with more than 2,000 agents and the highest trafficked real estate website in the region. We will help them leverage this leadership position as the market continues to pick up.”

At the start-up end of the spectrum, Preston Kelly is working with CoOportunity Health to create its brand identity and launch strategy. This new non-profit health insurance organization has partnered with Preston Kelly to assist with positioning, name creation, visual identity systems, website development and go-to-market launch strategies. Health care is familiar territory for Preston Kelly as they work with HealthPartners, Walker Methodist, Be the Match, Physicians Mutual, and Medtronic. CoOportunity Health and Preston Kelly started their relationship at the end of April.

“CoOportunity Health is one of 18 new health insurance CO-OPs approved for federal funding and on track to begin marketing activities mid 2013, “ Kelly said. “The concept is brand new in health care—providing an alternative to traditional insurance options for individuals and employers through a true non-profit, member-owned business model. We are helping launch the brand and assist in preparations for marketplace introduction in 2013. We are very fortunate to be getting in at the beginning with such a smart and passionate group of people.”
