Catapult Technology, Ltd., a leading federal government contractor that provides a wide array of information technology and management consulting services, has appointed Michael Handberg to the position of Vice President, Enterprise Systems.
Handberg will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of Defense, intelligence, and law enforcement agency programs. He brings more than 15 years of business development experience to Catapult’s management team.

Previous to joining Catapult, Handberg was Senior Vice President for Business Development at ASM Research, where he transformed the business development and capture organization and the pipeline process. It was at ASM Research that he won the $12 billion Department of Veterans Affairs T4 contract. He was also Executive Vice President for Business Development at Savantage Solutions, where he managed the business development life cycle. Over four years, he grew revenue from 2-½ times though expanding into the Army market. Handberg has also held a range of positions with IBM Business Consulting Services and PricewaterhouseCoopers Consulting.
