In our first line of handbags we wanted to target our audience and ask them about the things that were hard to find for them. For example, the empty nesters wanted more light weight, responsible travel bags that could be carried through rugged extremes.

QUEORK has found its perfect pairing in the wine enthusiasts market.

"After campaigning for almost a year online we have found endless support from the wine community. For this support, QUEORK wants to work even harder at bringing our audience the things that are important to them." - Amanda Dailey, QUEORK Co-Owner

QUEORK is the leading United States retail manufacturer of Cork Handbags, Accessories, and gifts aimed at wine enthusiasts and earth conscious individuals. Cork is becoming known as an alternative to leather in that it is eco friendly and vegan. Cork is not only timeless and exotic, it also carries many characteristics naturally such as water, stain and fade resistance. Cork is a natural bug repellent, more specifically termites and mosquitos, which sparked the popularity in cork flooring and pet collars.

In its humble beginnings, QUEORK started by importing products made in Portugal but as the brand quickly gained momentum the importance of manufacturing their own line of products was critical.

Says Amanda, "In our first line of handbags we wanted to target our audience and ask them about the things they found hard to find. For example, the empty nesters wanted more light weight, responsible travel bags that could be carried through rugged extremes yet held a classic and expensive look."

Look for photos and announcements starting next week on the new line which will compliment the already popular line of handbags. The accessories, such as cork iphone cases and cork pet collars, are already hard to keep in stock after less than a month on the shelves. QUEORK is looking to add more interesting things made of cork leather to cater to the wine lovers market as well as some cork hybrid clothing, upholstery, and even cork furniture.
