NAI Global (NAI) announced they will team up with longtime alliance partner Higgenbotham Auctioneers International (HAI) and offer the NAI Global 2012/2013 Live Auction Series to member firms and clients nationwide.

The Live Auction Series provides member firms and clients the opportunity to combine marketing efforts and offer real estate through a live, onsite competitive bidding auction. Properties will benefit from a concentrated advertising campaign that includes print media, email blasts, web postings, mass mailings, custom signs and much more.

“The live auction process creates excitement and urgency amongst buyers and achieves true market value through competitive bidding,” stated John Haney, General Manager for Lakeland, Florida based HAI. “In addition, real-time internet bidding and phone bidding is available so that buyers can bid live at the auction or from virtually anywhere. It truly is the best of both worlds.”

The planned live auction series is a virtual road show with Higgenbotham’s auction teams moving throughout the country via a large tour bus, outfitted with the latest in audio, video and communication equipment. “Real estate is local in nature and this allows sellers to benefit from the local buyer audience in addition to receiving attention from investors and end users from across the nation. We’re excited to have this opportunity for our members and clients,” stated Patricia Faulkner, Senior Vice President and Auction Coordinator for Princeton, New Jersey based NAI Global. In addition, NAI agents will provide local market expertise and assist in real estate showings.

Both commercial and residential properties are suitable for inclusion in the upcoming auctions. Auctions will be held onsite or at local hotel ballrooms (based upon the number of properties within a specific geographic area). Below are dates and deadlines:
