Fort Worth, Texas (PRWEB) August 23, 2012
Hard to believe, but the first event of the 2013 CINCH CBR Tour is next week in Huron, South Dakota. With two nights of bull riding, August 29th and 30th, the Red Wilk Construction CBR Bull Bash has been the highlight of the South Dakota State Fair for several years as well as the kickoff to the new season of CBR.
This year at least 5 World Champions are slated to make appearances. Three-time PRCA World Champion J W Harris, and 2007 PRCA World Champion Wesley Silcox will be joined by CBR World Champions Clayton Foltyn, Luke Kelley, and Hugo Pedrero. It is still unknown if newly crowned World Champion, Josh Barnetine, will attend as he is recuperating from broken ribs, an injury he sustained in Colorado a few weeks ago.
As always, the CBR show will be full of thrills and spills and will not only feature the best riders in the world but also the best bulls including 2012 Bull of the Year Bugle. Wednesday night’s performance will fall under the CBR Horizon Series format and the Thursday night performance will be a trial run for the new format CBR is adopting for the 2013 CINCH Tour. Thursdays performance is also a “Tough Enough To Wear Pink” night benefiting Avera and breast cancer research and awareness.
Tickets are $15 for adults and $12 for kids. More information on http://www.sdstatefair.com.
