The event will include a catwalk of underwear produced for the charities ‘Pants Project’ that have been customised by wardrobe departments from across the West End as well as celebrities including: Dame Judi Dench, Zandra Rhodes, Ben Cohen, Gok Wan, Patrick Stewart, Craig Revel Horwood, Queen and Ben Elton, Oliver Thornton, John Owen Jones, Christopher Biggins, Kerry Ellis, The Original Bucks Fizz and the Cast of Emmerdale These will be auctioned after the event.
West End Bares, which will be staged at London’s iconic Café de Paris on Sunday September 2nd, sees Artistic Director Darren Carnall lead 10 of the UK’s top choreographers to present over 100 West End performers, combining the naughtiness of burlesque with the razzle dazzle of Theatreland. This fun gala night runs at 21:30 and again at midnight, with two electric, not too be missed performances. West End Bares is also very excited to have a new song commissioned by rising talent Anderson & Petty, which will be performed by West End stars Louise Dearman and Mark Evans.
West End Bares has chosen to promote and support the charity Positive East as a part of this event in recognition of the amazing work they do supporting people living with and affected by HIV in east London.
