OneCARE will see an uptick in both full-time and part-time employees at the Ludlow plant starting in October.

The oneCARE Company’s manufacturing facility here will add scores of new jobs in the months ahead, company officials announced today.
Consolidation in the company’s Waynesboro, Ga., operations will bring 71 new full-time positions to the Ludlow plant, according to Megan Licursi, oneCARE spokesperson.
“We’ll see an uptick in both full-time and part-time employees at the Ludlow plant starting in October,” she said. “We’re working with local staffing firms and workforce development agencies to make the hires as quickly as possible.
Licursi said the new hires would work on the company’s lint-roller product line, which is being moved from the Waynesboro plant. The manufacturer of consumer products employs 259 nationwide.
According to data from the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, seasonally unadjusted unemployment in Kenton County, where Ludlow is located, was 7.1% in May, slightly lower than the national rate.
