San Francisco, CA (PRWEB) August 24, 2012
Tracker Corp, provider of innovative software for immigration case management and Form I-9 compliance and E-Verify, announces support for the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program for licensees of its ImmigrationTracker solution. The DACA program, originally announced by President Obama and the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) in June, provides an opportunity for qualified individuals under the age of 31 who were brought into the U.S. as minors without proper documentation to obtain temporary administrative relief to remain and work in the United States.
The nation’s leading immigration law firms and attorneys began filing required DACA forms provided through the ImmigrationTracker platform on August 15th, the initial day on which applications were accepted by U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). ImmigrationTracker both simplifies the completion of DACA paperwork and manages the workflow and timing associated with the application process. Using ImmigrationTracker, law firms can efficiently and securely manage the anticipated large volume of DACA applications (expected to be 1.2-1.5 million across the U.S.) on behalf of their clients.
“The DACA program represents a new and significant opportunity for our clients who have long awaited a path to come out of the shadows”, said Charles Kuck, Managing Partner at Kuck Immigration Partners LLC. “Our firm anticipates a very high workload in the coming months related to DACA applications, and we rely on Tracker to provide us with timely and effective tools to manage our efforts.”
“As a technology solutions provider to the legal industry, we offer the best possible service by keeping perspective on the people impacted by our products,” said Tim Danison, CEO of Tracker. “The DACA program provides hope and opportunity for individuals to stay with their families, to legally obtain work, and to continue their educations. Tracker and its employees are pleased and fully committed to helping our law firm customers and their clients achieve these very worthy goals.”
