A new retail and restaurant destination set to open in November 2012 will offer Waterfront Properties and Club Communities’ clients a premier shopping and dining destination.

Delray Marketplace

When completed, Delray Marketplace not only will be an enormous assent for Delray Beach residents, but also will be an enticing attraction for clients of Waterfront Properties and Club Communities looking to buy in the south-county area.

Tucked amid the gated community of Mizner Country Club, the golf-course homes in Gleneagles Country Club and other luxury real estate in Delray Beach, the brand-new Delray Marketplace is poised to be the city’s next hotspot.

The ambitious project involves the creation of a 258,000-square-foot destination for shoppers, diners and those seeking entertainment. It has attracted an impressive tenant list of national and local favorites, including the latest addition: Cabo Flats Cantina & Tequila Bar. The popular Mexican restaurant will open across from Frank Theatre Cinegrill and Bowl, an anchor tenant that will offer 10 screens, plus an IMAX theater, and 16 bowling lanes. The other anchor is Publix.

Among the other restaurant and specialty-food offerings are Famous Famiglia Pizza, Global Beer Collection, Japango Sushi Thai Asian Cuisine, Max’s Grille, Orange Leaf Frozen Yogurt, Sababa Lounge Shula Burger, Terra Fiamma, The Grind Coffee and The Olive Tap.

For shoppers, fashion favorites include Apricot Lane, Charming Charlie, Chico’s, JoS. A. Bank, Republic of Couture and White House Black Market.

Aroma Fragrance and Venetian Spa, AT&T and Verizon Wireless, and Chase Bank and Ted Todd Insurance round out shopping center by offering convenient services.

Construction is well under way, and a grand opening is planned for November 2012. The center is accessible from Florida’s Turnpike and is on Atlantic Avenue west of Lyons Road.

When completed, Delray Marketplace not only will be an enormous assent for Delray Beach residents, but also will be an enticing attraction for clients of Waterfront Properties and Club Communities looking to buy in the south-county area. Waterfront Properties’ agents specialize in Delray Beach homes for sale, specifically the communities in close proximity to the new complex. Agents also have listings on the Intracoastal Waterway, such as Bar Harbour and Moorings, as well as Delray Beach oceanfront property, including Ocean Breeze Estates and Seagate Residences.
