Harvest Center Receives Portion of $150,000 Donation from Abbot Downing
As a part of a bold new initiative to benefit non-profit organizations in their local community, Abbot Downing has selected The Harvest Center as the recipients of a generous donation. The Harvest Center is just one of the 15 non-profit organizations that have been chosen to receive donations by Abbot Downing in the last month, with those donations totaling over $150,000.
The decision by Abbot Downing to so graciously support these organizations is part of a larger effort to show their commitment to their local communities and the work that is so important to their success. Team members of Abbot Downing specifically selected the Harvest Center to receive this donation from a pool of many other deserving non-profit organizations.
“The mission of The Harvest Center, which is to return members of our community to full and productive lives (https://vimeo.com/44478170), clearly resonated with our team members,” said David Parker, Abbot Downing Managing Director. “In addition to our financial contribution, our team members are willingly giving of their time and talents to further the mission of this wonderful organization.”
