To celebrate the release of Happiness is…Peanuts: Go, Snoopy, Go!, Peanut Butter & Co., Warner Home Video, and Peanuts Worldwide have teamed up to launch the Nuts About School Sweepstakes.

The sweepstakes, which starts August 28, 2012 and ends October 12, 2012, will promote the release of the Happiness is…Peanuts: Go, Snoopy, Go! DVD on October 9, 2012. Five winners will each receive a prize pack containing Peanut Butter & Co. products, Peanuts DVDs and Peanuts merchandise. The Grand Prize winner will win $500 worth of school supplies and $500 worth of school supplies for a school of the winner’s choice.

Promotion for the sweepstakes will appear on Peanut Butter & Co. products throughout 2012, as well as in online and social media channels.

The Happiness is…Peanuts: Go, Snoopy, Go! DVD showcases the hilarious trials and tribulations of the entire Peanuts gang, pairing the TV special "It’s Spring Training, Charlie Brown" with an episode from "The Charlie Brown and Snoopy Show" on one disc. In "It’s Spring Training, Charlie Brown," the Peanuts baseball team works doubly hard during spring training not just to win games, but to score uniforms for the team. "The Charlie Brown and Snoopy Show" features three segments, including “Peppermint Patty,” which sees Peppermint Patty struggle with a straight “Z” average in school.
