Mark Snow, vice president for healthcare marketing and business development at RevSpring, will serve as a panelist at the upcoming Merge Client Conference. Snow will present in the “Maximizing Your Collections” session.

He will share how providers can boost self-pay collections through the use of multi-channel communication platforms that include traditional paper-based statements, as well as electronic delivery methods including e-mail and text messaging.

Snow also will discuss what the most effective providers have discovered about the use of color in patient communication including:

  •     Color statements increase payment response by up to 30 percent
  •     Color increases readership by 80 percent
  •     Information in color can be located 70 percent faster

Beyond increasing payments, the session will elaborate on how providers can use personalized content in patient communication to enhance the patient relationship and brand recognition.
