Merit Property Management, a FirstService Residential Management company, is hosting an evening of "Tastings & Trends" on Wednesday, September 12, 2012 for San Diego homeowner association board members, volunteer committee members and media.
The event, which is free to the public, will include an expert panel who will speak on trends in and around San Diego and how communities can stay competitive in this changing marketplace. Discussion topics will include keeping a community relevant, comparing communities with those soon to hit the market, budgeting for future upgrades and ways that a management company can make a difference in property values.
Expert speakers include the following local development and community association specialists: Bob Cardoza, CCAM, CEO, Merit; Mark K. Radelow, Vice President and Senior Project Manager, Sudberry Properties; Jon Wayne, CEO, Jon Wayne Construction and Consulting; and Gene Alfaro, Board President, EastLake III. The panel will be moderated by Andrew Schlegel, CCAM, Executive Vice President, Community Management Central Region, Merit.
