Rihanna Named Most Contoversial Star of 2012, says Dirt.com.

Rihanna has been named the most controversial star of 2012 for what she said in a recent interview with Oprah, on “Oprah's Next Chapter." Rihanna revealed to Oprah Winfrey that she and ex-boyfriend Chris Brown have built a very close friendship, and that it is awkward for the singer to see him, as that she's still in love with him. Rihanna said, "We're very, very close friends. We built a trust again and that's it. We love each other and we probably always will ... that's not something you can shut off, if you've ever been in love," she said.

Dirt.com, a worldwide Leader in Celebrity Gossip, Music and Entertainment News, Celebrity Scandals, Hollywood Rumors, and Personal Dirt with its new DirtBlurb named Rihanna the winner of this highly anticipated award beating out American Idol singer Timothy Pol and rapper M.I.A after her comments on Oprah.

Shari Rick, Dirt.com spokesperson says, "Rihanna just set woman back 100 years. Just because she is talented, doesn’t mean she is a role model. She is the opposite.”
