World’s largest provider of flexible workspace provides access to West Coast meeting spaces via eVenues.com.

eVenues (evenues.com), an online marketplace that matches consumers with meeting venues in cities throughout the U.S., has entered into a strategic alliance with Regus (regus.com), the world’s largest provider of flexible workplaces, to make its major West Coast market meeting & training space locations available to eVenues.com users.

Under terms of the alliance, the eVenues marketplace will feature detailed information on all Regus office meeting & training spaces in Seattle, Portland, San Francisco Bay Area, Las Vegas, Los Angeles/Orange County and San Diego. This includes video conferencing and telepresence locations. Listings will detail pricing and descriptions, photos, amenities, and technology options.

“With this agreement eVenues expands its reach in a number of key top markets, significantly increasing the quantity and variety of meeting spaces available to our customers,” said David Jennings, eVenues’ CEO and co-founder.

When an eVenues customer books a Regus meeting space directly through the site, eVenues will send an electronic request to Regus’ central reservations, where they will process and confirm the booking with the customer. The customer will then provide credit card at time of room check-in.

“eVenues offers clients a new way to discover and book meeting spaces in our premier locations across the West Coast,” says Carla Clements, Business Development Director for Regus. “Access to the flexible workspace Regus provides helps keep people productive when and where they need to be. eVenues is a great new way for clients to access our services.”
