Increased demand for larger tube and pipe and roll forming tooling spurs Roll-Kraft to expand capacity

Roll-Kraft has led the tube & pipe and roll forming industry’s tooling segment for many years. While demands in some areas of the industry have declined in recent years, there is an increase in requests for larger tube and pipe roll tooling from the oil and gas industry. In response to this trend, Roll-Kraft is installing additional large-capacity CNC (computer numerical control) machines at two of its facilities to meet the growing need.

The additional CNC at the Roll-Kraft headquarters factory in Mentor, OH will have the ability to produce rolls up to 40” in diameter. The Canadian facility in Woodbridge, ON will install a CNC with the capacity to produce rolls up to 50” in diameter. These installations will be completed within 30-45 days and will allow greater flexibility in manufacturing schedules and result in improved delivery times of these large tube and pipe and roll forming rolls.

Roll-Kraft is intent on upholding its reputation for outstanding customer service. The response to each customer’s request is primary in the company’s research and planning.
