At the HR Florida Conference & Expo, HRsoft provided demos of their new Version 8.0 Talent Center which features the Wizard concept that “walks” the user through what otherwise could be a complex modeling process and allows employers to use Wizards in the application to view the impact of various changes to a compensation plan, including possible merit and incentive pay levels. Compensation managers can now easily see individual payouts and the aggregate compensation budget for a year based on different scenarios. Additionally, Version 8.0 users will find compatibility with iPads and other tablets.
