We wanted to round up the most spectacular hotel pools we could find and offer some inspiration for a last-minute getaway before the fall sets in.

With summer drawing to a close and temperatures finally on the verge of cooling for the rest of the year, the daily design blog FurnitureFashion.com today released a list of the 30 top hotel pools in the world. After analyzing feedback on its architecture-related posts from the 20,000 readers the site has amassed over the past five years, the blog's editorial team made its recommendations for the best hotel pools around the globe.

Ranging from small, intimate bodies of water overlooking breathtaking vistas to large, custom-shaped designs of grandeur all their own, the list includes pools from 19 countries. The most notable of the list from a dimensional standpoint: the Nemo 33 indoor pool in Brussels, Belgium, which at press time is the deepest in the world at 34.5 meters, or 113 feet.

The http://www.furniturefashion.com co-founders explain, "On a hot day, any cool body of water is refreshing in and of itself, but as vacation season draws to a close and the kids go back to school, we wanted to round up the most spectacular hotel pools we could find and offer some inspiration for a last-minute getaway before the fall sets in."

Hosting an archive of more than 5,000 interior design and architecture-related posts, Furniture Fashion has made a habit of publishing original content 365 days a year since 2007. The list -- the first of its kind for the site, which normally publishes daily roundups of ten variations on the day's theme -- includes 30 entries ranging from the heat of Miami Beach to the snow-capped view from Adelboden, Switzerland. Per the Furniture Fashion team, each pool was selected for its blend of style and spectacle.
