“I want readers to realize that God is the same God of the Old Testament and New Testament, still alive and working in our lives today.”

Fayetteville, N.C. – When Helen McLeod Rogers sat down to pen her book “God Loves You Better than Mac and Cheese” (published by WestBow Press), she had a clear directive.
“God asked me to write this book to share with readers that He is still in the miracle business,” recalls Rogers, who has seen first-hand God’s healing powers. As a kindergarten teacher for 38 years and a pregnancy crisis center volunteer for 24 years, she has seen miracles unfold before her eyes. “I have seen the hand of God in the many miracles that have changed lives and circumstances.”
In “God Loves You Better than Mac and Cheese” Rogers shares stories of revelation, presenting retellings of miraculous encounters from within the classroom, church and home.
Rogers gears her inspirational stories towards a wide audience, showing readers that hope exists even in the darkest hour and that a “mustard seed of faith” is all that is required.
