This project furthers the vision of the Downtown Revitalization Plan created by the City of Bothell and shared by MainStreet.

The 115-unit apartment community, The 104, is an urban style development that will have units ranging in size from 660-1,200 square feet. The apartment community’s location is just blocks from the University of Washington Bothell and Cascadia Community College campuses and offers easy access to a vast array of professional jobs with companies like Google, Cascadia Community College, T-Mobile and Spectrum Networks, in addition to shopping destinations, dining & entertainment options and public transportation within the City of Bothell. The company expects the project to be complete in 2013. The architect for the project is the Dahlin Group and the general contractor is WG Clark Construction Co.
