A new podcast featuring Todd Hatch,’s Managing Partner and President, and Kevin James Culp, the company’s Director of Sales, recently provided a forum for discussing what sets the company apart from its competitors. Hosted by Mike Bonventre, Operations Manager and Business Opportunity Consultant for Rapid Drug Test Systems (RDTS) and a client of the site, the interview was Bonventre’s way of doing “as much advertising for you ( as you have done for us.”

During the 30-minute exchange, Bonventre highlighted the fact that he has never used any kind of outside marketing platform to promote his company in the more than a decade he has been in business, that is until he made the decision to work with The reasons he gives for doing so are many, but first and foremost it is his appreciation for the fact that the company’s overall business philosophy mirrors his own: Know who your customer is and what it is they do, and then make it apparent that your goal is to satisfy their needs ahead of yours, even if it costs you a little up front. “You’ve really shown me that you’re willing to invest your own money into what (it is you are) trying to sell me,” Bonventre said. “You have found the secret to satisfying the customer.”

Acknowledging Bonventre’s kind words, both Hatch and Culp went on to more clearly articulate their commitment to customer service, which includes using any and all creative means of increasing their clients’ exposure in the marketplace. “Our sales staff has the flexibility and the tools necessary to enhance our advertisers’ experience in ways that other sites simply don’t, including editorial content, branding and email exposure,” Culp said. “There’s NO favoritism in the way we do business. We literally go flat out 100% for every single client that we feel is a good fit for us and what it is we have to offer.”
