With the latest addition to the FMD North America sales network, the Company affirms its strategic initiative to provide customers with local design and engineering support, and easy access to their broad offering of semiconductor solutions.
Under the terms of the agreement, AActive Engineering LLC territory includes Southern California and Baja California. AActive Engineering will sell and support Fremont Micro Devices Non-Volatile Memory integrated circuit line and the power management product portfolio of linear and switching regulators, AC/DC controllers and LED driver solutions to OEM’s in a wide range of industrial, commercial and consumer markets. AActive Engineering is responsible for providing hands-on field support to key accounts, and effectively promoting FMD’s custom memory capability.
