Clickback, one of North America’s premier email marketing service providers, has fully integrated its software with CRM application Salesforce. The enhancement enables sales teams to create lists directly in Salesforce and send emails that appear to be sent on a one-to-one level, rather than an impersonal email blast. Replies can be sent to the sales contact, allowing for more control and better management of sales leads.

In addition to the Salesforce integration, Clickback has also released Drip Marketing, allowing users to customize and personalize email marketing campaigns and send them at set frequencies over a specified period of time.

The changes were made as part of a recent software revision that also included the release of Mobile Message, an enhancement that automatically modifies email messages to accommodate the parameters of handheld devices, and Social Media, an option that allows recipients to share the emails on various social networks.

Clickback’s software as a service (SaaS) approach offers clients a varied suite of cloud computing, web-based, and hosted software solutions for their marketing needs, and all of the company’s software products comply with CAN-SPAM standards.

Clickback’s website offers further information about the company’s email marketing software. Prospective clients have the option of using a web-based form to establish contact with a representative or may call the company toll-free from anywhere in North America at 1-866-684-4WEB.
