It was almost by accident that the discovery was made by AM Communications. The technique now named as the closed loop marketing method was born after a direct marketing campaign was launched by the design agency in July 2012.

With sales coming in without any real effort the questions started to be asked. Puzzled by the increased number of sales without increasing traffic to the website used for the marketing led the developers to look into why this was happening.

What was found was a simple part of the marketing design triggered a response that forced prospects to make the call.
