Industry-leading, National Appraisal Management Company (AMC), Lincoln Appraisal & Settlement Services announces membership to new, non-profit trade organization.

As a member of NAAMC, we are happy to dedicate a considerable amount of our time and money to this important organization.

National Appraisal Management and Settlement Services Company, Lincoln Appraisal & Settlement Services is honored to be one of the original founding members of a unique and innovative non-profit trade organization, the National Association of Appraisal Management Companies (NAAMC).

Officially incorporated in Delaware, with Headquarters in Providence, RI, the National Association of Appraisal Management Companies (NAAMC) is a non-profit trade association, officially formed in late July 2012, by a collection of industry-leading Appraisal Management Companies, including: Lincoln Appraisal & Settlement Services, LLC; Quality Valuation Services, LLC; Kirchmeyer & Associates; Title Source Inc.; DataQuick Lending Solutions; Equity Solutions USA; LaSalle Commercial Appraisal Management; LRES Corp; Source Appraisal Management, LLC; ValueAmerica; The William Craig Company, Inc.; Class Appraisal; Olde City Lending Solutions; Valuation Management Group; LookingGlass Cc, Ltd. and InHouse Solutions. Members of NAAMC are a collection of various levels of experience, education and businesses, all working towards a common goal of achieving integrity in the industry.

NAAMC is dedicated to providing mentorship on appraisal industry related issues to appraisal management companies, independent appraisers, banks, mortgage lenders, vendor partners, government agencies and all other interested partners. The organization is exclusively committed to supporting all entities impacted in the Appraisal and Valuation industries.
