Climb Real Estate is pleased to introduce its newest team member, Marcella Bartolini, Senior Broker Associate. Marcella brings over 15 years of experience working in property management, holding an insider's look at the world of HOA calculations, building maintenance and operations. Marcella will be working closely with Todd Montgomery, #1 agent at One Hawthorne and SOMA/South Beach top producer, helping manage relationships with clients and brokers, as well as assisting in all operational aspects of the business, including escrow, marketing, listings, and information gathering on future new developments.

Prior to joining Climb, Marcella made her career in property management, occupying key roles at some of the most well established firms in the city, including Lightner Property Group, Titan Management Group, and two years as the General Manager of The Metropolitan, a 345-unit high-rise in the heart of SOMA.

Having earned a statewide designation as a certified community association manager, Marcella offer a behind the scenes perspective on financial viability for high-rise condominiums. With experience in preparing annual budgets and reserve studies, she understands the intricacies of the condominium buying process, not only as a search for the ideal home, but as a financial investment that should be chosen with care.

She is keenly aware of the building maintenance and operations that are critically important to whether or not one should invest in a building. When looking at HOA documents, who better to evaluate the true cost than the person who was responsible for all operational costs, who assisted the HOA board of directors in their decision making, and breaking down the financial key components of a high-rise?

Marcella's relationships with HOA managers from other high rises and her involvement with NERT (Neighborhood Emergency Response Team) put her in direct contact with owners and future buyers, an experience that makes her valuable in helping clients evaluate potential condominium buildings.

Fluent in Spanish, Marcella loves Latin music and culture; she is an accomplished dressmaker and aspiring fashion designer. With a demonstrated commitment to researching investment opportunities and a high level of personal attention to her clients, we are very pleased to add Marcella to the Climb team.
