Delegates invited to benefit from real life experience with new technologies

the leading technology exhibition for charities and associations

We hope to promote healthy debate and an honest appraisal of what can be expected as organisations travel along the technology road.

nfp technology, the leading exhibition for charity and association technology professionals, has announced a strong focus on learning from the experience of sector leading charities at this year's show.

With just three weeks to go until the exhibition opens its doors on the 25th September, not for profit executives are being encouraged to register and book their seminars from a vibrant selection of topics – many of which will be presented from the end user perspective.

The exhibition's free seminar programme has always been a major draw for charity and association representatives keen to explore the latest technology innovations and how they can be applied to enhance and streamline operations, fundraising, constituent management and revenue generation.

Seminars this year will include the Red Cross's first hand account of mobile web integration, World Vision's experience in the field of direct marketing and the Canal and River Trust's advice on integrating CRM databases with social media.

The seminar programme has proved so popular in previous years that this year two seminars are returning by popular delegate demand. Redbourn Business Systems will discuss the benefits of linking social media strategies and how to achieve tangible results. Meanwhile nfp technology's Lead Sponsor ASI Europe will again deliver their seminar on how to effectively evaluate CRM software – a session which drew standing room only attendance at last year's show.

Advanced Systems International (ASI) are the largest privately owned global provider of membership and donor software including their widely acclaimed software suite iMIS.

nfp technology will also offer charity and association professionals the opportunity to meet and negotiate with specialist suppliers who can offer technology solutions in areas as diverse as income generation, membership management, digital giving mechanisms, social media marketing and financial control.

The focus on first hand experience at the show's seminar programme is a deliberate one, as outlined by exhibition Director Michael Webb. “The scope for technology to improve operations and returns on investment is extraordinary” he says. “But making the right choices means making careful assessments of the available products and services, their benefits and pitfalls, and how they will fit your organisation's profile. By encouraging sector professionals to come forward and share their stories we hope to promote healthy debate and an honest appraisal of what can be expected as organisations travel along the technology road”.

nfp technology takes place on the 25th September at the Business Design Centre, Islington. Delegates attend free and are encouraged to secure their place quickly by registering online at http://www.nfptechnology.org.uk.
