Wall Street Prep announced it has launched a free online investment banking knowledge center. The knowledge center will leverage Wall Street Prep’s expertise in preparing professionals for highly competitive careers in investment banking and serve as a centralized, comprehensive resource for those who are exploring careers in investment banking.
“The online knowledge center will provide students trying to break into investment banking with unique insights into the industry,” said Matan Feldman, Wall Street Prep founder and Chief Executive Officer. “While our financial modeling classes focus on delivering a very specialized and technical skill set, we have created the knowledge center in order to provide students with a reliable and substantive qualitative resource.”
The knowledge center has launched with a substantial number of topics, including an overview of the investment banking industry, investment banking salary data, up to date, downloadable and categorized investment bank list, as well as investment banking interview questions.
Wall Street Prep is a global, full-service financial training firm, providing investment banking self-study programs as well as instructor-led and e-learning corporate finance training to investment banks, financial institutions, and Fortune 1000 companies. “As a result of our position as a leading investment banking training company, one of the things that differentiates this online knowledge center is that it is authored exclusively by former investment bankers who are actively involved in running Wall Street Prep’s training programs,” said Feldman. “This enables us to provide real-time insights into changing trends, and to provide industry insights from a truly insider perspective.”
Wall Street Prep not only trains new hires at investment banks, but also students at MBA programs such as the Wharton School of Business, London School of Economics, Oxford, INSEAD, University of Chicago (Booth), Northwestern Kellogg School of Management, and Cornell’s Johnson School of Business. “Wall Street Prep’s access to students, faculty, and career centers, as well as corporate recruiters and finance professionals puts us in a unique position to offer a valuable perspective for a job candidate, and we are excited that this new platform will enable us to communicate more directly on topics that matter to our audience.”
The knowledge center will be a free offering, and will complement Wall Street Prep's existing training courses including its highly regarded suite of financial modeling and valuation modeling self-study programs and public courses, accounting and Excel courses on its website.
