DTT announces a partnership with Sarku Japan®, the largest Japanese QSR operator in the US. After extensive review of many providers, Sarku has selected DTT as the preferred vendor for video surveillance and loss prevention solutions at all corporate stores as well as franchise locations across the country.
This project started with evaluation of DTT’s systems in 2 corporate locations. Within the next few weeks, additional corporate stores will be equipped with DTT technology and services. Further, the entire franchise community will be offered DTT’s hospitality-based loss prevention solution for their restaurants.
“We are expanding so fast and need a partner who will really help us keep an eye on our operation. DTT has an excellent reputation in the restaurant and hospitality industries. After testing the system in 2 stores, we were quickly able to recognize that DTT is the best fit for Sarku Japan®. The details uncovered with DTT’s SmartAudit™ reports, alerts and triggers are really helping to provide us with a better understanding of our overall operation. We trust in DTT’s technology and expertise and anticipate a long-lasting partnership,” said Robert Coon, Director of Loss Prevention for Sarku.
Tom Moran, EVP of Sales and Marketing for DTT stated, “DTT is exceptionally pleased to be partnered with such a fast growing concept. We look forward to providing Sarku Japan® with actionable data that will help them make critical business decisions. This is a thriving brand and we will be working very hard to help them protect all assets and enhance customer service. As our customer base continues to grow, so does our knowledge and expertise in the field. ”
