There is nothing more rewarding than helping others succeed.
Loveland, Colorado (PRWEB) September 03, 2012
Loveland-based Growth and Leadership expert, Kirk Dando, is proud to learn that two more CEO’s from his prestigious list of clients have been recognized with the coveted honor of Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year, and another has been recognized as a 2012 regional Award Finalist. This follows three previous Dando clients who were honored as Ernst & Young Entrepreneurs of the Year in 2009, 2010 and 2011 respectively.
With a focus on helping successful leaders and their companies manage growth and expansion, Kirk Dando of Dando Advisors has coached thousands of business leaders in learning how to embrace success and work through strategies that often hinder forward progress.
When asked what the secret is behind grooming such notable leaders, Dando remains humble. “There is nothing more rewarding than helping others succeed. The fact that five of my current clients and 1 past client have each earned such a prestigious honor is truly incredible. It is great to think that the support I provide is paying off for those that I serve, but truly I have just been in the right place at the right time,” noted Dando.
Can it really be coincidence when the 2009, 2010, 2011 and 2012 Ernst & Young Entrepreneur Of The Year® winners have all been active coaching clients of Kirk Dando prior to receiving the honor?

The Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year® program was established in 1986 and has expanded to more than 140 cities across fifty countries, including twenty-six regions within the U.S. It recognizes entrepreneurs who have achieved “extraordinary success” as measured by their financial performance, innovation and personal commitment to their businesses and communities.
“I am proud to count these distinguished leaders among our clients,” said Dando, “They are exceptional business leaders who have earned national recognition for building successful, dynamic companies, and I am honored that they have sought our consulting services as they prepare to guide their organizations through the next phase of growth.”
Dando’s prior experience as a C-level executive resulted in expansive growth exceeding $1 billion in revenue. As the direct catalyst to his former company’s success, Dando recognized a need in the marketplace for insight and guidance designed to help businesses brace for winning rather than losing. “When I was working my way up, I often thought it would be great to have a mentor who was willing to help me learn from his or her experience – someone who could help me to succeed without learning everything the hard way. So after we sold the business, I decided to become that kind of mentor or coach.”
Dando’s clients are quick to recognize his skills as a mentor and coach. “It’s been phenomenal to count Kirk as a vital coach/consultant to me and Bazaarvoice during critical years of growth,” noted 2009 award winner, Brett Hurt, CEO of BazaarVoice.
Hurt’s praise is echoed by fellow Entrepreneur of The Year winner Bill Morrow of CSIdentity (CEO at the time, currently the Executive Chairman of Quarri Technologies). “As a young and rapidly growing company, we relied on Kirk Dando to analyze the unique talents of our upper management, how we worked together and where we wanted to go. Kirk has the innate ability to see the big picture and organize it in such a way that makes sense. He supplied a no-nonsense approach that fit comfortably with our group and produced the desired outcome.”
BancVue CEO, Gabriel Krajicek, 2011 award winner, speaks highly of Dando. “Kirk is a real businessperson that consults, not a consultant by trade. He speaks from tangible experience rather than theories he studied. That makes all the difference, and it’s why I trust him,” asserted Krajicek, who hired Dando to help BancVue move beyond its current business phase. “I am now running the biggest business I’ve ever run. We’ve literally outgrown my breadth of experience. That doesn’t mean I don’t think I can do it, and I’m not saying I’m unqualified. I’m saying that regardless of how great you are at being a mountain climber, it makes sense to have a guide that has already climbed the mountain. Kirk has the experience that I needed to supplement my own skills and take my performance – and the company’s – to its full potential.”
