Gayle's Sweet 'N' Sassy Foods will be donating a portion of their September Costco sales to The Greatest Generations Foundation, a non-profit honoring WWII veterans and educating children and adults about their service.
Owner Gayle Gannes Rosenthal has owned and operated Gayle's Sweet 'N' Sassy Foods out of West Los Angeles, CA for over 28 years. Gayle's Sweet 'N' Sassy Foods’ original barbecue sauce helped to create the barbecue chicken pizza craze across the county. It is often referred to as the high end sauce without the high end cost. The sauce is fat free, gluten free, cholesterol free and trans fat free.
Recently, the barbecue sauce found its way into the restaurant chain, TGIF. TGIF is now using the Gayle’s Chipotle BBQ sauce on their BBQ chipotle chicken flat bread. Also, Gayle’s sauce can be found throughout the LA Unified school district’s cafeterias because of the delicious taste and healthy profile.
They currently have 5 various flavors in retail, food service, 4x1 gallon pouches, 55 gallon drums and 1 ½ oz. portion packs. In addition to the 5 southern California Costco locations, the sauce can also be found in a variety of grocery stores and restaurants throughout the country and abroad.
Gayle said, “I have always been a proponent of healthy living, which consists of taking care of your outer body as well as your inner body. I believe in an exercise routine to keep a strong body and mind. Eating the right foods is as important as an exercise routine. Gayle’s Sweet ’N’ Sassy BBQ sauce is a delicious product that has all the right stuff. It tastes great, and is good for you too. Live to your fullest potential by eating right and staying positive.”
