Property Rehabilitation and Supporting America’s Neighborhoods at top of Discussion List for FAS Leadership

Property rehabilitation and taking care of our communities are key topics of discussion within our evolving housing market, and are areas that FAS can provide insightful commentary on given our deep roots and experience in the mortgage servicing industry.

Executives with Field Asset Services (FAS), the nation’s leading provider of pre-foreclosure, REO and renovation field services to the mortgage servicing industry and residential housing investors, will share perspectives and insights on key topics facing the default servicing industry during this week's Five Star Conference and Expo.

Recognized as one of the mortgage servicing industry’s largest and most dynamic events, the 2012 Five Star conference will feature interactive debate-style sessions, allowing panelists to engage in friendly and open discussion on industry-relevant topics.

FAS’s president and CEO, Dale McPherson, will participate in a Five Star session titled “To Repair or Not to Repair: Examining the Pros and Cons of Rehabs.” Karen Glasgow, FAS’s executive vice president of client support services, will take part in another panel discussion titled “Commitment to the Community: How to Best Serve the American Neighborhood,” which will examine how the default servicing industry can best support the housing market.

“Property rehabilitation and taking care of our communities are key topics of discussion within our evolving housing market, and are areas that FAS can provide insightful commentary on given our deep roots and experience in the mortgage servicing industry,” said McPherson. “We look forward to joining other industry leaders during Five Star to share our viewpoints and collaborate on ways to best address these and other important issues which impact the entire country.”

The Five Star conference’s lineup of keynote speakers further demonstrates the range of opinions that will be presented during the event on issues facing today’s housing market. Former President George W. Bush along with his wife and former First Lady Laura Bush will deliver Five Star’s opening keynote address. Well known political strategists Mary Matalin and James Carville also will provide opening commentary. Former President Bill Clinton will deliver the event’s closing address.

The 2012 Five Star Conference and Expo is happening September 5-7 in Dallas. FAS is among the sponsors for this year’s conference and will be exhibiting in booth # 313.About Field Asset Services
